AuditorTravel ("we", "the service") is an automated informational tool that helps people review their trip bookings and vouchers to catch possible logistics errors, surprise charges or hidden fees. This policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and what your rights are. By using the service, whether on the web or through our WhatsApp channel, you accept the practices described here.

1. What information we process

We only process the minimum information needed to review your trip:

Vouchers you upload: photos, screenshots or PDF files of your bookings (flights, hotels, cars, cruises, insurance, etc.) and, on the WhatsApp channel, also text or voice messages you send us.
Email address: if you enter it voluntarily to receive or unlock your report.
Phone number: only on the WhatsApp channel, so we can send you your diagnosis.

We do not ask for or store card details, passwords, or identity documents.

2. How we use your information

We use the vouchers you upload for a single purpose: analyzing them automatically to generate your trip diagnosis (what's right, alerts and suggestions). Your email, if you leave it, is used to send you information related to the service. We don't use your information for any other purpose.

3. Automated processing and providers

To read and interpret your vouchers, the analysis is carried out using trusted third-party artificial intelligence services (for example, the Google Gemini API) and automation platforms (for example, Make.com). Your vouchers are transmitted encrypted to these providers only for the time needed to generate the diagnosis.

4. Retention and deletion

Processing of your vouchers is temporary. Once the diagnosis is generated, the files are deleted and are not kept permanently in our systems. We don't build profiles or histories from your travel documents.

5. Who we share your information with

We don't sell your information to anyone. It's only shared with the technology providers mentioned in point 3, and exclusively to provide you the service. We don't share your data with advertisers or third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for information about how your data is processed, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to the contact address below.

7. Terms of Service and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Nature of the service. AuditorTravel is an automated informational tool. It is not a travel agency, does not sell bookings and does not provide guaranteed legal or financial advice.

7.2. Limitation of liability. The analysis is generated automatically and may contain errors or misinterpret documents. We don't guarantee the accuracy or the up-to-date status of 100% of the diagnoses. Users are obligated to always verify with the airline, hotel or rental company before making changes or payments. AuditorTravel and those responsible for it will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including missed flights, denied boarding, cancellations, No-Show charges, fines or rate changes.

7.3. "False savings" estimate. This is an approximate estimate for educational purposes. It does not represent a promise of refund or compensation of any kind.

7.4. Third-party links. The solution links take you to third-party services (rental companies, hotels, insurers, comparison sites) that we don't control or guarantee.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or legal changes. The version in effect will always be the one published on this page.
